This section provides answers to some of the more common questions we get asked from time to time.

What brands of phones do you service?

We service most brands of telephones, but primarily we service Nortel, Avaya, Panasonic, NEC,Toshiba, as well as Samsung.

How quickly can you service an office telephone system that is having problems?

We aim to fulfill emergency calls within 2 hours of the call. Usually much sooner but it also depends where the technician is at the time of the call , as well as where the service call is located. 

Do you sell headsets? Do you sell back up power systems for telephones and computers?

Yes! We do, please reach out to us to find the product best suited for your business.  We like good quality products like Plantronics.

Do you sell refurbished or reconditioned equipment?

We have a trade in program- but also offer new and refurbished.

What locations do you cover?

With our head office in Whitby as a hub, and having satellite facilities, we service primarily Eastern Ontario. We generally cover Hamilton to Ottawa on a daily basis and also with the help of Partners do work across Canada for 2 larger clients currently.

How much does it cost to review my telephone system and my power support system, if any?

There is no charge for a written appraisal of your telephone system. Site surveys/visits are also complimentary to see what you are currently working with.

Do you take trade-ins?

On any installation, we try to use as much of the existing equipment as possible. We will take as a trade in, redundant equipment and as a trade in on new systems.

Do you provide leasing?

Our quotations for installations include a leasing option, which we can arrange terms for payment.

Do you provide service or maintenance contracts?

This is an important part of our business because office telephones are a critical part of any business. Our contracts vary but we offer hardware and software support on a yearly basis.

Are there any benefits to a customer in having your firm certified by Nortel and Avaya?

These companies have established high standards that our company must attain, including training of personnel, stocking of inventory and successful completion of regular tests. They provide a high level of technical support in designing a system, fixing problems, and testing of equipment prior to shipping.

What other services do you provide?

We do Voice and Data cabling for installations, as well as patch panels, racks and hubs.  We can add a phone, move a phone and also change configurations. We deal with offsite locations, incorporate wireless capabilities, and tailor systems unique to each client. In todays non-stop business environment, downtime with office telephones is not an option. It is vital to keep both telephones and computers running at all times. We offer uninterruptible power systems to counter the nine most common power problems. We offer 24/7 service to respond to any emergency our client may have.
