Initial Site Survey

Planning & Design

Like an electrician who determines where you are going to have lights by the location of where there are outlets and wiring. Project Management

Project Management is the cornerstone to the success of any implementation. Our professional Project Managers are engaged at the time of project acceptance. The Project Manager first reviews the project scope, identifies resources needed by both the customer and Voice Path, and identifies the time commitment requried by both parties. The project management process also defines the project schedule, performs site reviews, and provides weekly status reporting on all activies during the project implementation. The Project Manager becomes your single point of contact through the complete implementation process.

System Training

Training should never be an afterthought, but included as part of any complete implementation project. We provide instructor led training for all products we provide. In the cases where the student requires highly specialized technical training, we will partner with the manufacturer to ensure the very best opportunity to master the technology. Training can range from a short 1-hour tutorial on the product features, a more comprehensive hands on orientation, all the way through to extensive multi-day technical classroom sessions.
